• Broker/Dealers acting as principal intermediary, borrowing and lending to service Clients, enhance Credit, distribute Risk, or support Proprietary Trading.
• Hedge Funds, Funds, and Investors as they Locate and arrange to Borrow securities, or seek to Finance positions and portfolios.

The Work

Each constituent is faced with a log jam maze of effort and expense to determine, handle, then effect, routine business processes.  These include: Locates, Borrows, Rate Changes, Marks, Returns, Recalls, Billing, et al.
